I bought an Irresistible deodorant stick for men at Heathrow Airport on 16th May and the mechanism to push the stick up as the product is used does not work. I had problems with the Loreal Infallible eye shadow.. they fall out of the pot they are in. I was on my way to work wearing a light colored uniform and trying to do my makeup . the eyeshadow pot was open. as I made a turn the shadow just fell out and got all over my clothes..had only used it once. needless to say.. i was uspset. How do i get reimmbursed for this?
